 there is a clear lack momentum in the short as well as med-term time-frame..... The 10-week ROC is showing a strong neg divergence & this indicator dipped lower last week though Sensex closed higher. In the daily chart 2..... this oscillator is showing a declining trend !




many very smart traders tie themselves up in knots by 2nd-guessing themselves !;)

for dow jones....What is worth noting in last week’s trade is the behaviour of the CBOE Volatility index.... It spiked to an intra-week peak of 29.5 before ending 11% higher for the week. This is the highest weekly close for the index since the 2nd week of July ! This reflects that traders have turned cautious there....

now 1 tends 2 believe that the market is psychologically ready for a correction...... Some observers say if there is a breather in liquidity inflow from overseas funds, key indices may fall.
overseas..The 1 year moratorium on redemptions for hedge funds ends this month. This may also have a negative impact.....but in a nutshell...15025 is our level 2 watch......

Could RILs earlier-than-usual quarterly results on Oct 7....i.e 2morow & Infosys results on Oct 9 prove 2 b the triggers? Both the blue-chips r not expected negatively surprise the market. But the market may readjust if the results do not meet the over-expectations...;)

Though v do not have trend reversal signals on the charts yet & the rally can progress a little further. But .....only the most agile traders should b playing this up-trend since the decline that follows can b quite steep. ;)

 absence of good news or flow of uninspiring news may also dampen bulls spirit..... But...... none of these may sound convincing enough till the correction takes place. According to market intelligence, operators fatigue & tempering of expectations could or is ushering in a corrective phase....;)
