In this afternoon section, the market has fallen further to 5225 (Sensex 17395). Does the nifty has some support at this level or more disappointments are expected. Can I re-enter the market at this point of time?

u have not mentioned ur mode of strategy...
anyway>
as a short term nifty trader u can enter long below 5200 (futures) with an intraday stop of 5150...
as an invstr u should keep a stoploss on a closing basis of 16980 & exit 50% holdings...
as a positional trader the same stop is valid

in a nut shell ,no shorting or panicking till v r abv 16980

while the US economy comes out of the doldrums ,the hot money chasing EM's now look poised 2 turn in their own countries...that xplains the reltive under performance of our mkts vis-a-vas US counterparts...
