I just have some doubts
1)Should I create a new database for uploading this data?
2)Will I be able to use Amibroker with both this EOD and my Intraday data?
3)Will this data clash with the current data?

not required. mine itself a database.

certainly you can. but use separate database for intraday.

Many thanks soumya_b i was searching for eod data and i came to perfect thread

worked as charm ^^ drop box download works and is fastest

i be awaiting for ASCII form of this database ^^

Thanks Soumya for this EOD database. Earlier RAR file was 3rd July and ASCII was 4th July 2014 but from the size it does not seem incremental.

How easy or difficult is it to update this incrementally from exchange on daily basis?

What I've seen thus far is that neither exchange provides a complete bhav copy (all scrip + all indices). You get all scrips but you have to go thru few steps to get all indices.

Thanks a lot Sowmya.

It would be great if you could use Google Drive as your Amibroker Database Folder. In that way, you can have a backup and not worry about data loss and at the same time, share it with your friends on TJ without having to update it manually.

Neat & Clean Database For Amibroker

This time I completely revamped the sector allocation of NSE stocks in Amibroker database. Sectoral segregation is done as per Moneycontrol .

Amibroker DB Contains :
NSE Cash from 1994.
NSE Indices From 1990.
Future from 2000.
BSE Cash From 1984.
BSE Indices From 1979.
World Top 20 Indices.
MCX Since inception.
NSE Currency Future Since 3rd January 2011.

I have done my best to make a pure database. But u know to maintain a whole database single-handedly is quite a daunting task. If u find any error please post it here. Rectification will be done to the next update.
