I have also noted that you place your S/R lines at round numbers. Does it make a difference having a support line at 5620, when the actual support line should pass through may be 5615. Your views please?

EOD Summary

A mixed feeling day, Got 40 good points in one short trade, but got whipsawed in the trades after 12PM, Did 5 trades, net gain for day will be +36 points, brokerage is yet to be cut.. Recovered 40% os past day's loss, but glad to make profit on the weekend..

Also keep track of important details like the

1) Average reward:risk ratio
2) Average win ratio
3) "Brokerage ratio" (As in Brokerage/Profits made)
4) Earnings percentage per month on your trading capital
5) Total Nifty points earned, etc

(An example, albeit a pretty detailed one)

These are all important parameters to be successful in the long run.
