Last week watched a superb gap and a wild fall in Nifty. Enjoyed all the drama.. :D
now back to the floor, aim is to end the 2nd month in profit. But need to be very very careful in the expiry week. :)

Hello Rajat,

Almost all of us have gone through same phase . But it is not what and how bad it happened with us in past, but it is how we act after the failure and what steps of action we take to stand up again will define our path.

Good luck brother for your journey. :thumb:

Actually i ignored the lesson learned of applying stoploss from first loss.RBI Policy news came between the market hours which i was not expecting.I was watching the free fall live.And till the time i realized it was not normal nifty up-down range but free fall because of news ,my premium value of 60 rs plunged to 7 rs in 5 min.
But Thanks Taiki fr ur best wishes.I stumbled upon ur thread last week and was impressed with ur guts.More than profit and loss its the thrill of following and analysing the market giving me high.

1873 to be precise:).
Fine. Are you planning to add to it or will you trade with this amount only ?? Please post your trades/summary in one of the threads here. I am posting my summary in TraderRavi's thread. Click here for my last entry.

So you are saying that at present you have Rs. 2000 as your trading capital ?
@TP

Do not get the point :confused: You mean really 2'000 Indian Rupee for trading? That's it? That would be only 32.-- USD. Where did I make the mistake? I mean, I see the numbers given and understand that, but I do not understand the rest :confused: USD 32.-- would not even be enough for any shorts. Your explanation is needed.

You got the numbers right. He started with 10000, got profits and capital raced to 32000/- he lost 18000+12000=30000, now he has just 2000 left of his initial capital of 10000/- Surely he cannot short options with this capital, he has either to replenish his capital or can go long in Options upto Rs.2000/-

Puh, that is going to be a hard game to resolve all that losses with such little trading capital left. Very difficult. Wish him all the best.

for recent loss i bought 6200 call at rs 50.I dint book profit when it went to rs 68,65,55.And then it fell.
Dont remember all the trades and had to look them into portfolio.I'l try to post my trades in future.I will add money
once i'l get my salary and will start newly for next month.I have one open position left but in deep loss..if that improves tomorrow
then il take position for this month nifty series again.

@Rajat1389

Do not add money in that stage you are in. Stop trading for quit a while and relax about your losses. If you broke your real legs, would you stand up next day to go to work, wouldn't you? Of course: No. First you would be interested that your legs heal and that you would learn again to walk with them. Now you just broke your legs in trading. So why do you not behave like the same you would do when breaking your real legs. :confused::confused: Think about it and first learn a bit more about trading and all what it needs to do so. After your broken trading legs are healed, you have to learn again to walk on those trading legs. So slow down and do baby steps.
