Before purchasing amibroker, thought of using the unregistered version, but after instaling I am unable to find out how to load data for nse and bse and view charts. Can someone help me out ?

Thanks,
Sameer.

that getbhavcopy will get the data from bse and nse website and save it. It was giving a network error while running (may be since I am using it in office computer).
I manually downloaded the data from nse website and imported using 'Import wizard'. I could see the scrips name.
But how do I see the chart ?

Dear all,
back after a long hiatus, seems very good discussion is going on abt ami.
But what i feel we need not bother about all the indicators, because they are all derived from the same and prime source that is price and volume.Suppose there will be 24 hrs tradin, when there will be no close and open how these indicators will work, i do not know, but if we can decipher what current price and volume are saying then we can trade accurately........so the basic of loading price and volume data to Ami should be enough for trading.....simple methods in any field yield max result..........any diff of opinion is welcome.......
what we see before our eyes is price and volume, not indicators......we should trade what we see !

some of the books which are extremely good are by Joe ross, Alan S Farley, Alexander elder...........etc
lets think about 1910, when there was no charting software, how come Livermoore made fortune, how come wycoff method still valid today? Its simply tape reading, the we need to master.......by hard work only, with few mentors available in India, they are also not experts.What i have learned in a short span of time in the market is that, there is no easy way to make money, in fact market is the most demanding boss i have ever come across.No cheating, else i get punished to the maximum possible limit, no sympathy.Amibroker is a software to assist in our decision, not an substitute for my mind.Forget all the technical jargons, try to decipher what the ticker tape is telling...and i am still struggling to master my own emotions, feelings, opinions , thought etc which will lead me to bankrupty faster than i can imagine.......with best regards..........

@Nanda,
Open Ami, go to View tab, then select chart, then from there in the drop down menu you will find a folder named Indicators, from there you can find %k and % s.Simply select them with left click and drag them to the indicator pane where you want to view them, Hope it works.Please see the attached pic also.
But one request from me, please go through the in built help or you can download Ami users manual, please go through them once, it will clarify most of your queries in a better manner.
Regards
