Here are the possible scenarios for the U.S. dollar:

A) Fed uses the words “balance sheet expansion” in FOMC Statement > Dollar Bearish

B) FOMC Statement contains no hints about additional stimulus > Dollar Bullish

C) Fed announces small scale asset purchases > Very Dollar Bearish

D) Fed alters “extended period” language in FOMC statement > Dollar Bearish

Cable should consolidate below 1.5667

Fibre will target 1.3400

whatever you do, DO NOT hold eurusd longs above 1.3400

Friday / saturday will bring sudden dollar strength across the board.

Could be new home sales or bernanke speech, keep on the look out for other reasons for this to happen.

so far both visions are right on center

cable is below 5667 and fiber is gunning for 1.3400 with everything on hand

one of the reasons for sudden dollar strength could be japan intervention

if that is the case then keep USDJPY on your radar, look for reasons to buy this

Tanks, Bofors, Rocket Launchers and now the ICBM's EURUSD is seriously gunning for 1.3400

USDJPY faced intervention at 82 and climbed to 85.90, now its back to 84.62 , 84.03 is a level to watch for some sort of action, if not then 82

this bugger UJ is gonna see a serious intervention with Jap PM in US visit for some serious talks with Obama on this issue this week.
