1 I unable to import BSE Bhav in Meta stock it is giving error 810 (no data converted and 814 (Invalid source file format )

If anybody tell me what format is required by Meta stock, I can help you. I do not use Meta stock. Same format is there for NSE. That is accepted by Metastock?

2 In NSE futures data er get the expire month
like
BANKNIFTY_28-Jan-2016, 20160118, 15185, 15347, 14985.35, 15050.9, 138545, 2946270,

Can we get current Month next Month far Month in place of that

Josh, if in case you are going to be upgrading ABCD, a couple of 'wishlist' points (if feasible for implementation

1. I kinda liked the previous version wherein one could have a say in deciding what to download (the one which had the option of inputting only the required indices in a text file). Possibly, a checkbox control for choice of download - indices/ equities/ futures & options data (all together or individual segments), would be a nice feature to have.

2. The provision of additional facility for deciding which indices to download as per user requirement (via the text file method) would enhance further flexibility.

3. The provision of OI data field for equities (a la GBC) would be a welcome addition.

P.S - Am aware that any 'well meaning' wishlist puts a tremendous burden of increased workload upon any developer, hence these are just suggestions which I felt would make the utility more versatile (in addition to what is discussed above). So don't shoot the suggester

All this is done.
Before release, I want to know, Should I keep index names as is received from NSE? Right now I am removing spaces.

I do not know the format of Meta stock an I am not expert but this file was successfully imported in Meta stock ...

problem seems to be after Volume in BSE Bhavcopy we are getting (,) and company name

Rest you may inquire from Experts ..I am not experts bro

Were you able to import NSE bhavcopy in Metastock?

You want to import into Metastock. Why don't you enquire on Traderji?

@josh - incase you want to do this - you can do it using sed/awk/or anything equivalent in windows/rebol.

sed.exe example is there in automate script. What it basically does is do find replace for all text. But will need to take care to make sure that the search is made for entire word ( ex LT and stock name containing LT will both match otherwise).
Or you can do line by line change in code but that will be slow in scripted language.

btw, any interest in getting Index PE / BV / DY from NSE ?

Internet connection not working or download 3/4 times

downloaded the program again this time it says check the log for error reeport some thing and in which folder it downloads the data ? where can i find the earliur version ?

At least look into the installed folder and read the Readme file.
