Another Bhavcopy Downloader (ABCD)

Subroto, Travi is talking about ABCD. It is downloading BSE since last week and Cash NSE since Yesterday.
If you want to your R script, you will have to give referer. See his earlier posts.

is there an offline method to convert F&O bhavcopy of NSE into the format that ABCD software outputs? ABCD is a wonderful tool.

Go to link in @josh1 signature and get everything from Dropbox. Backup your old folder..
Download files and run setup. CURL is an external program (command), you will need Curl.Exe file also from Dropbox.

Make sure all Curl is in the current working dir (or window path) so that it can be found.

This is not line in the ABCD.r file, lot of changes have been made.

As u said I was trying to install ABCD. But not getting required output.
1. Whenever I replacing ABCD.r file I m getting following error. The red colored rectangle.
2. Plz specify where to paste "curl " .exe file.
Note: I have installed in following path C:\ABCD

Moreover if u plz guide how to install ABCD step by step, will b thankful to u.
Sir plz giv some time to us frm busy schedule.

ys the problem is resolved from nse. any way for nse cash and future sud i have to replace ABCD.r with the other ABCD.r in the drop box link?

Which OS are you using? in Windows 10 1803 and later, curl.exe is a system file also placed in system32.

do one thing, open ABCD.r file in notepad.
in line 106 there is path of output file, make it something like this with full path.
NSE_Url "-o C:/ABCD/NSE/cm"

currently, it is relative like this "/ABCD/NSE"

make sure the path here matches the actual directory in your PC. The forward slash can be like they are shown.

Rebol.exe ABCD.r and Curl.exe should all be in same directory along with other folders created by setup file.

That error has nothing to do with ABCd etc, its your OS problem. You can google and get solutions.

One maybe to install these: Also, you should update windows regularly.

Download the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015
For Windows 64-bit
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64-bit)
For Windows 32-bit
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (32-bit)

I think you are missing these from MS. install both.

Sir, i installed Visual c++ but it cudn't help me out, I m getting same error.
But one thing i just want to say dat THE previous version of ABCD worked very well in this OS, I didn't find any error or props.

Anyhow I am very much thankful to u for your quick and kind reply.
