1st one is perfect. There should be space between -f and -k. That downloaded the file in your admin folder.
Now open ABCDCcurl.r in notepad. Insert -k in the same manner after -f where ever you find "curl -f".
Run ABCDCurl from it's short cut. Your job will be done.

problem may be for indices download. problem usually occurs from 1st januery of every year ,now started earlier
