I think it is euqivolent to BTST which is buy today and sell tomorrow. If you have bought some shares today it will take T+2 days to receive in your account. If you want to sell it you have to wait till you receive it in your demat account. But in BTST you can buy it today and sell tomorrow.

thanks for your posts in this thread, we are able to get a feel of 'R-Trade'.

i have one question. does R-Trade adopt the same symbols / numerical codes as NSE / BSE exchanges or they have their own symbols like ICICIDirect? or does it go ONLY with the company names for placind orders / searches ?

Hi murthymsr,
There may be a slight changes in symbols. I have not checked extensively. But there is window to get the symbols in which you can put the company name and get the code easily within seconds

The Reliance Money Kolkata Office sales personnel are telling they will launch exe based trading platform.It will be Reliance Power Trade (Retail version).The terminal strength will be 20,000 orders per second.It will only be provided to the high volume traders.They told me Reliance Power Trade will be provided after the official launch of Reliance Money.
