Any body know about R Trade?

Your account has been linked to the nearest franchisee or the main branch ?
As per my inquiry with the branch manager here , he said that there are two models :
1) your a/c will be linked to the franchisee for offline orders
2) a/c will be linked to the head office for offline orders

Can you tell me do they give you any tele user id or TPIN for tele orders ?

I have not faced the time limit till today. So I have not experienced it. Turnover limit I have explained earlier in my reply to you. Please enquire about the situation in time validity with your RM. Please let me know the result.

Actually i have asked my RM , he told me that i have to recharge within 7 days AFTER the exipry of the current card but at the same time the call centre personnel told me that i have to recharge within 7 days BEFORE the expiry of the current card .Here is where the confusion lies.

Gv if you are linked through Franchisee could you ask them what i shall do in this situation,because i have tried with both the branch and call centre.

I will tell you after enqury with my RM. My account is not linked with the nearest franchisee as I am trading online. My RM guides me if there is any problem.

My rm is on leave due to his illhealth. So I was not able to gather the authenticated information. According to his assistant the system itself will recharge automatically once you give a buy or sell order. For a better understanding you better call the Raliance People and get connected to the help desk where you can get the correct information. When you dial Reliance Money number you will be connected to the people who takes trading orders for the customers. Ask them to connect to the help desk and get clarified.

i heard only 1 paisa/trade..

Dear Kurian

Many of us misunderstood 1paisa brokearage as one percent. In fact it is just one paisa irrespective of volums traded in a single trade. Just say If the amount of trade is 10 lacs per trade the brokerage charged by RM is just 1 paisa only.

I have no experience of forex trading through Reliance Money. I was told they are offering the platform of CMC MARKETS a well known name in forex market.
