Attention! - Forex trading is illegal in India!

Hi All,

Can we transfer the funds directly from an Indian Bank to our Forex Broker (not an Indian FX Broker) by telling the Indian Bank that our purpose of sending the money is for investments abroad?

Is this legal?

If we deposit money in FXCM through a credit card, would that be illegal ?

Has some1 tried that?

trading at fxcm is totally illegal whether deposit by credit card or wire transfer. First of all fxcm offered margined products which is against RBI,

secondly you are sending money abroad for speculative purposes

hope it helps ..

NFA or US law doesn't call broker deposit by term margin, so you are not trading or funding margin in their theory.
