If you want to trade on CBOT or any other U.S exchange on margin/leverage basis - its illegal.

Investing in U.S stocks is legal, but its a herculean task to make your Indian bank release foreign exchange for this purpose (except may be Axis Bank is easier).

1) Through zulutrade.com as a trader who puts trades on other's behalf and gets commission without depositing any money.

2)Trade on demo account and teach others the forex trading and gets money.

Can I use IB to buy USD (selling INR) or is that only possible through banks/money changers? I am an NRI if that helps. I am aware of the $125,000 p.a. limit under the liberalised scheme.

lot of fraud in forex , why dont you choose ecn broker.

you cannot recover this amount. FOREX trading is illegal in india and not regulated. So you have no one to approach if things like this happen.

Stay away from FOREX brokers.

if you want to trade currency , you can do so legally by trading in NSE or MCS-SX.

I guess your mean you want to trade US stock market ? yep, many people trade in S&P500 from india. sorry, i dont know about income tax.
