best broker for online ...

i've used almost broking firm's softwares and the best for intraday is one which allows you to trade till 3.30. following brokers offer till 3.30

1 ANGEL BROKING
also the software DIET ODIN is certainly amongst the best trading softwares , they have a product called angel anywhere, which is ok.

2; SHAREKHAN
software is ok, good for charting ,as it gives INTRADAY DATA for 5 days, however it gives margin of only 4 times and even less in case of certain stocks.

3: karvy
officaly there intraday square off time is 3.15 , however my relationship manager allowed me to trade intraday till 3.30. he converted my positons everyday to delivery without asking for extra funds.
However their tradiing software GOTX is good for trading , but it doesnt have even the basic charting facilities.

BOTTOMLINE: go with angel broking, u can also bargain for cheap intraday brokerage as they are quiet lineant in terms of intraday brokerage however delivery brokerage will be a bit higher. also u can get a limit of 6 times on stocks. BIGGEST ADVANTAGE OF ANGEL: it has not categorised stocks eligible for intraday, as a result u can trade in any scrip which is listed in fno.

however for charting u must go with sharekhan , as it provides 5 day intraday data of all nse and bse scrips. it's really helpful to analyse the trend. sharekhan is the only broker which provides it.

Why dont u try Ventura...I got 0.03 (the usual package) for intraday...and the same is charged only on Sell side....and 0.3 for Delivery

Earlier i was using Geojit platinum, and brokerage was on higher side for Derivatives (NF is Rs 75+taxes per lot). Geojit graph was pathetic.

Ventura graph is good but only current days intraday graph is fetched real-time.

Hence i use iCharts, which is simple and cheap

Absolutely right. The software is good but they geojit is not good in that software.
In Geojit, I used-to close software and open the web based for square off due to technical problems with the software. The software is having many features but not enabled or configured by geojit. They are small and having less no. of traffic(trading) so problems due to heavy traffic is not usually happens.

Just a baby..and need to grow much much more.

Their commodity trading service is the worst one and not have any standards following. Nothing is proper there in commodity trading...or in there terms Geojit Comtrade.

Yes Geojit's charts are very bad and slow, it made me in trouble, Now I am useing PIB for chart.

One more thing, geojit's charges are very high for Nifty and Minifty F&O Rs.75/35. But for stock futures its ok.

One of the best thing about Geojit is their customer service/tele order system

Yes it provides tick by tick chart. Also u can view the ticklisting and save that data to an excel file for analysing it. It has got graph studies like Moving Averages, Stochastics, RSI, ADX, MACD with Histogram, Bollinger band. You can view Daily, weekly, and monthly charts of the scrips too.

Sharekhan provides short selling. I do it through its TradeTiger software. But i dont think it has Bill Williams Indicators...
