I humbly want to know who actually is trading in this volatile situation in f&o ,mostly watching the screen.

SAFETY of capital is 1st priority as prabhajeetrana says, absolutely right ,wait out plz for few days.

I am flat now & i am sorry if my caution has prevented you to earn.My philosophy is a bird in hand is better than 2 in bush when the correction is govt induced.Though Eugene Fama the famous promoter of Efficient Mkt theory did not advise us the way still for me preservation of capital is 1st priority in uncertain days.
Trading is my everyday activity ,hence i dont want to be Hero for 1 day.

That is 375 points *50 = Rs 18750.00 per lot of 50.

For me earning everyday consistently is more imp.

Ashish Sir, I also trade a system,a positional one for Nifty, i was hesitant but ultimately traded it today also but only 10% quantity, and God was kind made my usual target but on much lesser quantity. I did this to maintain a proper record and traded less qty. also becoz the SL was TOOOOOOOOOOOO BIG!!!!! Risk reward was skewed

Well the day with whole lot of drama has ended infact well. Today i wished i was those kind of traders who just have a look at their stocks at the end of the day and was somehow saved from this pain of watching screen today.

Think of it yesterday i was holding Reliance energy, Rpl, power grid and Teledata if i had just watched the market at close i would have infact made a profit on these holdings but instead i made a loss of 8% today and have to sit out ofmarket whole of month which is a great punishment itself.

Anyways now we have a story which we can tell when our next generation that how Nifty got locked in the lower circuit and then recovered 8% to end down just 2% down and then there was a trader named prabhjeetrana, who jumped out of ship thinking it was sinking only to find it was not ship but he who was drowning:eek:
