1.Use standard Bollinger Bands ,that is, bb(s,20,2).

2.Use ema2-HIGH and ema2-LOW to outline the body of the worm.

3.If the body comes out of bands & re-enters ,then make an ENTRY.

4.The EXIT is, if body comes out the band,of the other colour and re-enters the body.

5.In case of extreme Bullishness/extreme Bearishness another
pair is used pertaining to BB(20,1).

Just to try and understand,
today Nifty should have been shorted at 13:45 and 14:15 (approx.) as ema2H went above BB_up and then came below it. Where would these shorts have been closed since 'the worm' didn't touch opposite band after that till end of day?

Valid and Good question.Actually I am skipping another pair of lines pertaining
to BB(20,1) for clarity [point.5 of my everyday report.].If the lines are
crossed comprehensively we go other targets. So the strategy would look
like this, in this case.

Short---BB(20,1)....Midline&Target.1....BB(20,1).....BB(20.2),Exit&Target.2

You will understand it better if these BB(20,2)& BB(20,1) are plotted.
