I hit a stoploss (marked by yellow arrow) and lost the will for rest of the day, couldn't judge the trend.

This intraday thing is too damned tough, I think I'll stick to 315 and USDINR. Safer bets.

Cheer up !!! You can go for a ADD at @1300 after candle hitting the lower BB.
Max you can go for 2 adds ,based on strength of your account and risk appetite.
