1.Use standard Bollinger Bands ,that is, bb(20,2).

2.Use ema2-HIGH and ema2-LOW to outline the body of the worm.

3.If the body comes out of bands & re-enters ,then make an ENTRY.

4.The EXIT is, if body comes out the other band and re-enters the body.

5.In case of extreme Bullishness/extreme Bearishness another
pair is used pertaining to BB(20,1) or just for guidance in normal case also.

6.If candles are sandwiched between OUTER of BB(20,1) and INNER band
BB(20,2) then ride the trend .

7.If either ema-2H or ema-2L is cut twice by either BB(20,2),BB(20,1) or
SMA-20 in quick succession ,it indicates a END of a trend.

8.Continuation is indicated if both ema-2H and ema-2L are cut by SMA-20
and/or BB(20,1) and/or BB(20,2).

9.If the trade goes against you and if the divisions on Y-axis is not more
than 10,in that case you can add ONE or TWO trades,atleast 5 points apart.

In fact I will try all 3 types: candles,empty candles and No candles.

Location of Track ball ,gives the kind of candle ,in case of empty candles.
Trackball at the down of empty candle is RED CANDLE.

Hi Colombus, greetings from Turkey,

I am following your topics here learned a lot from you many thanks again. I have a question once i ve seen in another post that your preference for entry is 2-3 min tframes and 5 min for exit. That's cool, and you ve added that you prefer rsi 9 and 14. Can you tell me how you use Rsi? I ve been all around in other forums as well, all i know is the rsi 5 - rsi 15 croosover and rsi and ma of rsi crossover as the buy sell signal, apart from the popular overbought oversold interpretation.

In short how do you use rsi9 and rsi14 on the 5 minute charts? Many thanks again!

Hi Columbus,

First of all thanks for showing us this great method. I have started practicing it in demo. What settings would you recommend for EMA for higher time frames like 30 mins, 60 mins and daiy time frame? Will it be like EMA 10 high and low?

Hi bsimsek,

Thanks for writing to me ,all the way from Turkey.

I am using a software called TRADETIGER in India,we use a maximum 8
indicators ,using the software.In order to include an indicator ,we have
to delete one indicator.I am using 4 Bollinger Bands instead of ONE.
By deleting one BB ,we do not miss anything.
I am using BB(20,2),BB(20,2.02),BB(20,2.04) and BB(20,2.06).
I am using them so that the Band appears THICK.

If RSI is to be plotted ,then I will delete BB(20,2.06) like this:

To be frank ,as a day-trader I like 3~5min time frame.

Let us suppose we use 10 min time frame.

Since 20 samples are involved in BollingerBand [bb(20,2)],the first sample
will appear after 20*10=200min ,3Hr20Min,if you consider today's samples
only.

There is a remedy for this ,we have to borrow previous day/days samples.

In any case EMA=2 remains as it is.

It shows a early exit at 2.30 PM and we are missing the uptrend. How to handle this situation?
