It is not excess capital, you have bought JPASSOCIAT, it is a A group stock, on which therisk percieved is less, that is it cannot become zero in a day. Based on this, there is a percentage of the share price which is treated as liquid cash and that much of the amount is added to your exposure limit every day.

You can use it to leverage more exposure on intraday trades, but my sincere advice is not to use all these advantages, any day this will go against you and you will be sucked it. The shares bought with this exposure limit cannot be taken for delivery, it has to be squared off the same trading day.

Suppose the position you take trails towards closing, you are forced to close the position even if the prospects show that the next day it can move up. This is for long positions, short trades should be closed the same day immaterial of what ever be the fundamentals or technicals.
