It does give lot of messages. Sweet money from the markets are over. We are getting squeezed.There is overhead resistance on reach of every new high.While falls too will not be big.

We are entering a prolonged range market.

My guess is if nifty goes above the red trendline and consolidates there for a few weeks, then we can see a blast-off from there for at least 20-25% upward continuation.

On the other hand, if there is sudden correction in nifty and it trades below the white trendline for around 3-4 weeks, then we can expect atleast 25-30% correction in the coming time.

Please, comment on my analysis as I am quite new to it.

Optimism though runs high, but charts don't show that as strength. We may reach high's at a slow pace, but blast off on either side is not likely.

NIFTY triggers exit below 5427 on futures. Market is going tighter and tighter with every session. Many of our stock calls which have entries at various levels are holding to stops.

ICICI Bank in first add on stop at 772.1o.
Bhartiartl, managing only with opening entry, stop at 262.55.
IDEA , holding with first add on stop at 58.90.
TATASTEEL, fully loaded, stop holding at 490.35.

LONG exit on NIFTY called off, hold on to long trades.

Markets holding on the long side, BHARTI gets its first add on filled. Stop moves to 274.55. Hold on to stops on all positions, now high's are not confirmation that market is going to give a big move.

We are just scaling through with difficulty, have to take long rests on the go, our bulls are tired now.

NIFTY is turning to sell. A close below 5424 in the 2.00 pm close will give a sell call.

Price moves has caused deep damage to NIFTY, though shorts ahve not been signalled, we need to exit long below 5421.00.

Trend goes neutral, all these are rare occurrence. Shows very clearly that bulls or on a holiday. Tightness continues, as rating is just keeping its head above bullish triggers, once trend comes in there are possibilities of long trades.

Our existing long position gets closed with a small 30 points gain.

5410 is a good support & NIFTY is holding on to it. May see some more distribution and then take the course of new high again.
