Can someone share the INDIABULLS BORKREAGE charges? I am thinking to open a trading account with Indiabulls. It will also helpful to me, if someone also share positive & negative of Indiabulls trading account.

As far as I know its something like this (and my knowledge is incomplete)

Brokerage = Some % of trading price (the price at which you buy/sell shares. % depends on the brokerage you are using)

Service Tax (ST) = 10.3 % of Brokerage(Not trading price). Some places they show a 12 % figure and maybe that figure includes educational cess and stamp duty too. I am not sure about that.

Securities Transaction Tax (STT) = 0.125% of Trading price in case of Delivery trades. 0.025% of Trading price for sell leg of Intra day trades.

hi All,
i dont think brokerage is the only criteria for judgin brokerage house..if a brokerage house gives u good call then u profit 1000 bucks from that then wil u compare the high brokerage(suppose) of that house wit another?

i am using HDFC securties account ,but they charge the brokerage like hell.

This has come down a bit. I think to 10.34%? Not sure. Please verify if it is important to you.
