Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd on Friday said that the company is launching a project worth Rs2bn at Indore namely "Ansal Town Indore" on November 12, 2006.

Ansal Housing said that the residential would spread over 70 acres of land and includes many facilities such as entrance with security, convenient shopping center, arrival plaza, clock tower, amphitheatre, children's play-ground, skating ring, meditation & health park, jogging track, central plaza, boulevard, mall, apartment block, club house with swimming pool & primary school etc.

I have bought Ansal Housing on your suggestion and it is doing very good.
After looking at the above news, I am sure, it will still surge.

Thanks,
Narendra

Hello Supratik,

Long time no see;)
No new tips.....!!

So, did you bid for Parsvnath IPO? Is it a good one?
Should we hold it for long or sell it on day 1?

Regards,
Narendra

Parsvnath IPO would be a good one – I generally don’t apply for IPOs – I never get them:)
Tips – I am still searching – cant really decide but did you have a look at ‘Kilburn Engg’…it has gone up from 47-65 and still strong (but don’t buy) – we missed that

I got news from market sources that Rakesh Jhun’ has added Alphageo India in his portfolio recently. I saw it even posted somewhere on the internet; I had recommended this counter at 150 but never observed much of an activity. You can wait before buying this counter – you will get a lot of time – but keep it tracking
This is what I had got

The main objective of the Company is to carry out seismic survey services to the Oil Exploration Companies. Over the years, the company has grown to be the largest Indian private sector company offering services in the fields of seismic data acquisition, data processing and data interpretation. Till FY05, the company was active primarily in the 2D seismic data acquisition business. However, having acquired capabilities in 3D data acquisition over the years, the company started bidding for 3D data acquisition business as well. Most of the new contracts in seismic data acquisition are currently in 3D.
Investment Rationale:
• Due to the rise in crude oil prices, there has been a global increase in oil & gas exploration.
• The estimated spends on oil & gas exploration by India’s top oil producer ONGC is expected to increase from Rs.3400 crores in FY05 to Rs.5000 crore in FY07E (source: Aban Offshore annual report 2006)
• For period 2002-2008, ONGC is budgeted to spend $8.4 billion (Rs.38,000 crore) on oil & gas exploration.
• The number of blocks under NELP VI was close to 50, taking the total blocks in oil & gas exploration to around 150 under NELP I to VI. (NELP: New Exploration and Licensing Policy)

Valuation:
• Alphageo has a very healthy operating margin of 49% (like most other oil & gas exploration services companies) and a ROCE of greater than 25%.
• It’s peers like Aban Offshore and Shiv-vani oil & gas trade at a P/E of 51x and 33x respectively.
• Thus, Alphageo has a lower multiple of 19x its ttm earnings compared to its peers.

Anyway – I expect to get some tip soon..keep your cash tight…..

Thanks and Regards

Hi All,
Binani Industries on an upswing…buy at CMP 318. Keep a SL below 305…target 370-390.
This is a short term delivery call so please do not take heavy positions.
The counter would face strong resistance at 330-340 region

Thanks and Regards

Binani On Fire ---- oooooooooooooooooooooo--- Rock n Roll

Narendra - Take a look at the gem - Suzlon Energy - my target is of 5 digit - 10000 - this buddy will make you fortune

Just wanted to inform my viewers that althogh we see the real estate counters booming - they have a very very stretched valuation - esp Mahondra Gesco- it is currently trading with a P/E of 200+ - you need to be extremely careful baout these - these counters will definitely sweep out your profits in case the market crashes.
Thanks and Regards

Yes. I am in Suzlon from almost 1100 levels. Still I think there is a long way to go for this. So, do you think, it is good to accumulate more at current levels also!?

Is it only about Mahindra Geso or all the real estate stocks are like this!?
I have Prajay Engineers and Ansal Housing. Do you think, the valuations of these counters are also streached.........? Is it to good to quit now and wait for a correction?

And HEG has started doing good.....atleast last 2-3 days has been good. It has raised amost 4% from the levels you suggested. What do you think is the target for this OR will this also go the same way as Gulf Oil and Suzlon?

Thanks,
Narendra
