Even if Dow were down 1% yesterday I would expect a retracement after the wave completed its target... lets hope for the best.

can anyone help me in understanding or knowing; what caused today's suprized downside action in Nifty after noon hours.
all foreign markets were positive
everything was fine; when suddenly the big bear ate all my profits

Nifty Future was not able to cross 50% (fib Level) of the last swing (4950 & 4667) and hence it saw bull liquidateion. fib levels .382 , .50 and .618 play active part in providing support/resistance. If u use online intraday charts and use Fib levels u will find the answer.
