Adani enterprise looking good on weekly charts, also Relative strength been good on weekly.
Stock corrected almost 50% of the rise from september 2013 lows of 126.Also the fall from 286 looking like a three wave fall. And a abc projection coming here near to 206-210.
So this zone of 205-215 is a crucial one, and a flat to rising 200 sma also indicating a bull line safe. So one can go long in these zone with SL at 198.

Dear Jain,

This is the original posting. First stock holded lower channel perfectly. Then It also captured 50 SMA. Stock crossing 50 SMA catch my eyes easily, as something is cooking in them. As i am a short term to long term trader/investor, i prefer 50 SMA/100 EMA more.

Next, Relative strength vs Nifty, which i am watching in it, for almost a month. I found stock holding it nicely. Then Volume on that fall, when price corrected towards 200 SMA, is the final nail i want to hit it, just to make sure, stoploss is affordable.

Remember, stock holding 50/200 SMA after breaching these levels, first correction towards theses moving averages tell a lot.

Crossing 290 the targets are 325 and 360 and once over 370 is 440


SL 220 or 198 (strict) as suggested by you
And then TSL

Below 195 it can fell to 135/40

Members can see that, Adanient, after crossing 370, just jumped to the target.
 
Nifty update:

Yesterdays close on daily was not good and a weakness in daily charts is already there. My SAR triggered sell and reverse will be at closing above 6757. Till then its a SELL on daily.

Momentum on daily is down, with weekly closing due for the day, it will try hard to close above 6730 levels, closing below this today will bring weekly sideways trend under process.

On daily seeing yesterdays bar, today if its support weakness it will close below 6695 levels.

Many will ask, right now Nifty is up and you are telling its a weakness..???
See i am reading higher timeframe charts, i.e. daily/weekly , daily showed first time weakness since we rallied from 6100 odd levels. So i need to take cautionary exercise, thats the reason.

It may trade sideways here, but weakness is there, until it closes above 6757 levels.
 


NTPC looking like a fit 50 SMA trade. As of now, its falling but at slower pace. Looking at price action, it seems flattening of 50 SMA on cards. And then its a prefect trade waiting here.

The two selloff marked are with gapdown and with huge volume.
Stoploss for this trade is marked on chart.
Momentum bottoming also coming in charts, keep watching.
