Chat: Help needed

I'm not able to enter into the chat room. It shows some connection error:

Can you please try to give some solution to this problem?

I just checked it and it is working for me.

You need to login to this forum before visiting the chat room.

Also do you have the latest version of java? If not go to java.com and download the latest version.

hi praveen,

in the very early days, i too had some problems, though not identical, while checking-in into the chat room.
subsequently, my entry into chat room was smoth.

between these two stages, i got my java reloaded properly. (JRE 1.5)

Thanks for your help.

I reinstalled Java and even then its not working. I guess its due to some restrictions on chat or some network problems here.
