No they don't but they have Indian representative. You can always use payment processors to upload funds.
If you don't want to use payment processors, then can go for alpari. They have office in Mumbai.

Are this Indian representative is legal employee of this broker overseas? and if some thing goes wrong with my deposits can i sue them legally for it? Alpari had office but no longer they accepts fx accounts also alpari UK was bankrupt when usdchf crashed

if im not mistaken indian reps of off shores brokers are usually just IBs, unless they are based off shore too.
