how to use EMA's? at the time of crossover? can you post some chart using KITE explaining entries & other levels pls.....thanks !!

55 sma is base
today cross over done ..
pivot at 2647 price well above but near to mid-point which is 2676..
long at the opening...2672
my 1st level is at 2705.. next 2729.
sup.. at PP.2647..

Can you please check if i am able to identify the sup/res levels properly. Below are the res/supp levels i feel for today on crude 5min TF.
Res: 2578 2591 2620 2645
Sup : 2520 2505

At sup/res levels to identify the continuation/reversal do we need to wait for MA crossover?

Pivot calculation is perfect.
intraday 5 to 15 mts chart what ever you are comfortable with..combination of both ma breakout as well pivot ..sup/res..levels..
Longer TF 4hr to identify trend..
present trend 4 hrs is down from [email protected] 21/5

Daily Pivot level does not change through out the day irrespective of TF..
For Day trading ..it is easy to trade on lower TF with Pivot SUP/RES

So, to calculate pivot point for today, we need to enter Today's OPEN, y'day close, high, low values?
I am getting 2623 (classic(H+L+C)/3) ; i think i am not doing it right. Can you please post an example. If we use above formula OPEN value is irrelevenet right?

Thank you.. Finding hard to identify trend continuation at sup/res or pivot levels.Will watch charts for some days if MA crossover alone is good enough to identify continuation/reversals.
