Ashu had clarified that he watches the 100 MA to see it is in an upward bias for long trades, not looking at touch or cross or close above below it!

Download any forex mt4, you'll get wti crude there. fxcm, hotforex, gci take any forex broker, its all free.

@Ankur, time frame I used is on the top left corner denoted as scrip name and time frame, Crude oil and M5 which is 5 minutes.

I posted trading bias yesterday night on hourly chart, which get reflected later on 5 minutes chart too. I generally use mix of the two. So if your original bias is right, ta will support you finally.

I took the trade here on mcx and booked in 60's.
Reason for using comex is it gives correct support and resistance coz that's the full time chart. MCX miss after close and before open candles, so not comprehensive.
