Hi
I thought people here take care about this thread, but it seems no interest in it. Why?
Anyway, let me do the next post:
Cisco and what was suspected for times: Backdoor in his routers. Affected to 100% are the following products:
- Cisco RVS4000 4-port Gigabit Security Router with Firmware-Version 2.0.3.2 and older
- Cisco WRVS4400N Wireless-N Gigabit Security Router Hardware-Version 1.0 and 1.1 with Firmware-Version 1.1.13 and older
- Cisco WRVS4400N Wireless-N Gigabit Security Router Hardware-Version 2.0 with Firmware-Version 2.0.2.1 and older
- Cisco WAP4410N Wireless-N Access Point with Firmware-Version 2.0.6.1 and older.
If you are not sure if even your router from an other company is in danger, use the given link and check it, as other products from other companies have been found to have similar back doors.
Router Backdoor Scanner
Check if Your router provides the recently discovered backdoor, for free. Suspicious routers are also made by Netgear and Linksys. It is possible that other brands fabricated by the same fabrication contractor are vulnerable, too.
