I don't know why the government won't itself boycott the Chinese things

there are many things which are as per WTO agreements. a country cannot just do anything and everything in this regard if its member of WTO.

PM Cares is a fraud, it's Non Gov fund, No control by CAG, cannot be asked under RTI. If PM NREF is same, why not use NDRF ? How much money is received by PM Cares fund, how much is spent? this information will never be available. Ever. On top If Next govt comes in power (whenever it is) they will misuse the fund as well.

NDRF, which has been set up through an act of parliament, is subject to the RTI Act and also audited by the CAG. This makes the NDRF more transparent than both the PMNRF and PM CARES fund, because the public has the authority to question the government about it.
