Anyway, USA has a plan for energy independence by 2020. They have already reduced their dependence on the gulf oil and have increased their indigenous production of crude.

NS point and figure as of last friday ..breakout above 8200 NS and a 3x50 reversal would be a breach of 8000 NS ..
