If your s/w does not do it automatically, go to the DB file and divide by 5 in case of Axis bank. Or copy your Axis Bank DB in Excel, divide by 5 and then export back to DB.

I have never used Ami. But I'd assume a reputed name like Ami must allow you to access the database and make the changes manually.

Go to symbols - > Split

It will show 1:5 ratio on certain date, click ok.

Anybody here knows if there is any fix for the split stocks. It becomes difficult to perform analysis on the stock chart after the split happens... Here is one example of Axis bank.. the stock was split 28th July onwards... now since the chart would show a price gap, its difficult to do any analysis on this. My guess is there is nothing we can do but just trying my luck

Which software is it ?
If it is Amibroker, Just go to Symbol/Splits and then select the ratio and click okay, its done.

In the menu bar........go to symbol >split we can go there do it

no need for any other application.......

last week....Nifty spot closing....Mon=8146.30, & Fri=7968.85.............out of 5 trading days....almost 2 target hit.....Monday tgt was 8146 ......and hit......Friday tgt was ....7981.....miss by 12 points.....For tgt or prediction I use simple method.......take yesterday H/L........of both Nifty spot....and SGX.....and avg them......Example.......for TOMMOROW prediction.....take yesterday H/l...7993.30+7841.80 spot+8,056.00 +7,872.00 SGX*4=7940.775.....................So Monday Prediction will be......7940.775.......means trend is down.......because Nifty spot .....7968.85.............:thumb:

Tgt was 7940.775....................not bad closed in down trend....7,958.90

break 7940.775.........................made low .........7,934.70
