Trade for today... I feel ashamed looking at what I did today.

Went long on the arrow but trade was not moving so converted to short. Hit SL.. but shorted again in the first circle despite the price moved and was able to catch only in the 2nd circle. Took 1, 2 trade in the afternoon but not at all satisfied with what I did today.

Total jhatka = -5400/-
Balance left = 15800/-

Lesson learnt :

- Trade only 1 lot either NF or BNF but strictly ONLY 1 till get experienced.
- Don't wait to take the SL. Just EAT THAT FROG !!

Please never ever think like that when your trade goes the wrong way.

You know that you are among the most difficult terrain of handling your emotions when you are trading live. So its better to take a negative trade as a mistake and that too which has to be rectified which then adds to the list of your experiences .

Very true Rocky !! But I felt that because I was seeing the price move but still remained in per-occupied mind of downtrend. Yes, definitely every trade adds up to our list of experience.

Mera problem ulta ... Started with Trading and it ruined my nervs then I counsel myself and think I someday will make this my occupation. In this chakkar, i ruin my health, try to analyze why it happened and end up on medication. At the end, back to educating myself new strategy, backtestint etc... LOL (just pun intended)

Today was very simple day for me .....

for new traders here is one lesson ... if you struggled today then

always before taking a trade look into 30 min chart .. and I just go long if a 30 min bar broke in upside above this 30 min band .. and stop loss will be below of that 30 min bar

Use Average True Range Band and then change the parameters plus or minus and you have a similar picture. Take care / DanPickUp

Keltner Channels you can use the same way.

Its 13ema of high and 13ema of low of 30min chart filled in as a band.....but if you do not have banding...you could just put those two lines....13emahigh and 13ema low
