1. It's the same data coming via zerodha that portrays the chart through omnesys on ZT. How come it becomes unreliable when it is fed in some excel or in other charting application !

2. Then why do we have option to extract the data from the terminal

Anyways... argument doesn't help anyone but I was just frustrated on how ZT keeps acting. It may have been with only me this time but this problem has become an universal truth now.

Some days when I use Trade Tiger for charting , such thing of repeated disconnection starts in TT . In 3-4 hours I have to login 10-15 times in TT. But this is once in a fortnight issue with Trade Tiger.

You might not have faced it if your refresh period was 1 sec. However, if terminal froze for few seconds, and price jumped, then that would also not help.

I had no problem with NSENOW. A few days ago, ZT lagged behind by about 10 minutes when market was in frenzy. Thereafter I am using NOW.

About Reliable and fast data feeds, yes... they may be so. However, they are also useless if your terminal freezes. You cannot trade with their data isn't it?

Hi Josh : The refresh period in my sheet is set to 1 sec from day one. As I mentioned earlier in the post, it happened because ZT froze for like 4-5 sec right when quick momentum came in. I do recall the 10 mins crazy day, my profit had turned into loss coz of that.. I have sent request to Zerodha to switch me to NOW (considering that their new software will take ages to come in)
