What is the different between a thief and a cyber criminal?

Nifty spot 6522, NF 6550.

6500CE = 79, 6600 PE = 77

6600 PE is at par, 6500CE has a lot of premium.. to lose I guess.

So even if the index does not move significantly, I guess the CEs will lose premium. And maybe the market is betting that nifty spot won't cross 6600.

What I meant was like this: An ATM thief not necessary must break into the system to be a thief. There are other ways to get your secret code or a copy of your magnet stripe from the card. On the other hand: In your personal system he must break in and if he is in, he can miss use the system in various ways, not only to get bank data from you.
