Axis bank - spot = 1389, futures = 1373. What kind of opportunity exists here ?

My observation
Axis if crosses and sustains 1400/05 then can move to around 1420

block sales were at average price of 1315 so conventional logic says that there should be some profit booking as quarter as well as year end at 31st problem is when and moreover market doesn't move conventionally
