Maybe everyone is waiting for the explosive moves, like the ones in US markets last night.

ST, I am currently only trading two hours per day, since last week, and have made a new set of rules for this kind of trading, profits are less comparatively but time on screen is also :p

Are these kinds of methods advisable for carrying out as primary trading plan? Have you seen anyone do this and if you have any idea about its pros/cons, please advice.

edit: Timing i forgot to mention its 9:15 to 11:00...

A post from Anil Bhai thread
The quoted post (with chart) is of 17.2.14 when no one could imagine that ADANIENT may move to these levels,
Thanks Anil Bhai, for citing my post
Though I forgot myself that I have posted it in your thread.
Reproducing the same here for the readers

Good selection, Anil bhai

Posting a +ww chart from my collection, as on 14.2.14
The target is about 280
Crossing 290 the targets are 325 and 360 and once over 370 is 440

SL 220 or 198 (strict) as suggested by you
And then TSL

Below 195 it can fell to 135/40

ADANIENT +ww daily tf tgt 280 14.2.14

Members can see that, Adanient, after crossing 370, just jumped to the target.

The 2 good moves are one in the morning and one in the afternoon. So if you are catching one of them and making money, great going....

Best is trade only when market starts a trend move and in sideways keep positions low.

ST da

I have asked some doubt regarding but not replied in that thread my query is

intra day system best result you have seen for NIFTY future and BNF point wise per month ..please through some light on this

It depends on the trending/nontrending nature of the market the risk % you take on each trade and also whether your system has adds in it. The returns are not linear. But on 1 lot basis (without adds) I have seen months where the profits in NF are 700 points and 2000 points in BNF...but such periods are rare.

I always give more weightage to risk control and loosing less ,than to the spectacular gains.
