Oh.. just noticed.. not bad if that helps TR in someway. After all focusing nd trading right should hv more priority than to post in TJ..

IMO there ought to be a shout box like thread, where members desirious can post during MKT time and after hours chit chat.

chit chat, shouting is always good nirav.. we must hv some fun in the common thread.. otherwise whtz the fun of being in online forum.. we as well can just sit at our trading desk and sing "Main aur Meri tanhai.. Aksar ye baaten karti hain"

But sometimes things go beyond limit.. i e less of trading related topic and more of blame games.. pulling each others down.. arguing etc. dtz where we all need to control.

Dont know/cant say, whether the step taken by TR, is in right direction or not. But of late, I have noticed that we were discussing/posting all sort of rubbish particularly by some members (I do not want to name them, as everyone knows, who they are), some posts of last late evening, were also deleted by mods as well.

Further general chitchat should be avoided during market time (atleast) and for that one can open a new thread, as many of us may not be interested in that. And general chit chat should be restricted to some decency and indecent words, particularly aiming to someone should be avoided.

Though want to say a lot but restricting myself with this much. And hope that better sense will prevail.
