BNF flirting with discount ...

I am seeing BNF's top is in place (maybe)......

I wouldn't go short on any index as long as the rupee is strengthening. Seems like BNF is moving in inverse to USD.

Hi ST sir ,

I m trying to learn Exit strategies ,to make my learning more objective i have considered few cases ,Considering my method of entry is on Pivot break on LTF in direction of HTF with SL above opposite Pivot ,Please advice what is the best Exit for each case :-

Trade entered via Limit order ,Trade triggered :-

Case 1 : Price hovering around the trigger price for next 2-4 Candles ,not moving away from entry.

Case 2 : Price immediately went against Entry but still not hit my SL but hovering here and there close to my SL.

Case 3 : Price went in favor for 5-10 Pts NF and paused ,dont know whether it will continue in my favor or reverse.

Case 4 : Price went in favor and is in good profit 20-25 points .

In all of above cases their are high chances that after i exit ,the price will again move in my favour ,How to be objective in above cases.

BNF has again taken out one more resistance at 15745 after 15600. If it had to fall it would have fallen by now after having show weakness at 15745. But the structure in 3mins/5mins looks like all the drops are getting bought. Would be looking for shorts only if day lows are broken. Entered on top of the recent 15mins pivot at 15745 and currently the stops are at the entry.

So many want the markets to go down and so few to want it go up.

There are many ways of trading the above....one could be keep your stoploss and then hold till if makes the required RR atleast. The other is if the trade does not move in favour quickly,get out and look for another place to enter. There is a possibility that after you get out, the market may reverse or continue in original direction.

I prefer the second choice as I like to trade only markets when they are trending strongly.If they are doing nothing, I would not hang around in a trade which is not progressing as planned...

sbin zoomed and broken high of 10:00 a.m. candle. entered long and got 9 points. :thumb::thumb::thumb:
missed 10 more points.

after close of sbin trade, put sl-m order in RIL as long @ 1004.2 and cancelled that. now trading @ 1006.
