I ve replied the same for Manes question....i would take week to 15 days data to get these values...and action of price if it opens gap up and gap down..its the toughest part and i would let u knw once i ve streamlined it ( SInce no definite calculation )


After 2 years losing in market..i ve come up with smething that would help other traders like me.

I have been watching Maruti, BPCL & Hindunilvr for past 2 months. Since opening, they start moving in only one direction invariable of market intraday movement. Although, a 6 month candlestick chart does suggest their next day movement. There are many other similar stocks as well which build a direction mostly due to their fundamentals but still following the technicals. I have been trying to mark these stocks so that on each day you have a stock whose moving direction you already know irrespective of market. Whats your take on that.

Gud observation. I would also like to add that if market remains negative u cud see ITC,Hindunilever, BPCL moving higher most of the times

Also MMTC and HIND copper move in pairs.. If u see MMTC making a move , u can blindly buy Hind copper n vice versa

Ya, ITC & Hindunilvr are consumer goods and move in common almost with ITC showing lesser volatility. BPCL is a petroleum stock which moved voilently two weeks back & now in a big downslide. If we track their movement ofcourse with keeping fundamentals in mind, we can predict their day's movement. MMTC & HIND copper have an average volume of less than a lac/day so I dont consider them technically.

Do u have plans to automate the excel to find out the value of those 3 or 4 stocks instead of downloading everyday

I calculate these values manually . I have nt researched for all stocks..its in early phase.

i will be posting the levels by 9 20 daily here..have a feel of it 2 or 3 days .
