Is it an additional contract ? It would coincide with the monthly expiry except that it would come 4 times a year and called quarterly.

Even if one had to hold BN options, overnight, the returns look good :

From 30-Sep to 05-Oct. From low to High.. it is Rs 90 to Rs 900

true, that's only if you are on the right side. imagine the fate of the put option holders the same period.

PE prices would have fallen, but nobody would but such a high price PE.
You could take the end value as zero.

the contention that nobody would buy is a fallacy. there are buyers else the prices would not be there. mankind is eternally hopeful.
