I'm expecting a fall of more than 100 points within 3 days,

this was not my analysis this was from operator's grapevine and further reinforced my belief - mumbai is still the financial nerve centre and operator's hunt in packs

1) Is this a correct 3 bullet divergence ?
2) at what point do we consider the divergence as failed.

not a strong divergence.. don't think of contra trade here.

for those who traded the divergence.. gone buffalo in the water I didn't have any positions, just a lot of cancelled orders. Made 40rs. earlier in the divergence.

Where are 3 bullets ? I can see one divergence. But one divergence is not a very strong signal particularly if we are in opposing trend.After divergence, the market should give a strong bar to indicate that divergence is working.

Divergence is negated when swing low is taken out....

no interest coming in selling , as vix going down , perhaps it will move up now ?

St, Usually if market in sideways adx will fall below 25. But this time, it remains above 30 consequtivel but still market range bound, in this case we can confirm the range only with Bollinger bands?

Because even pivots get broken and still its not moving much.

Because even pivots get broken and still its not moving much.

ADX takes average of few days so it is still high but it must be dropping down.So it is a lagging indicator .
