re: Day trading Nifty & Banknifty Futures
Due credit has to be given to AK and should not simply criticized that he misused the Lokhpal movement for his personal gain.
Due credit given, but their arrogance shows in their posture and words. Kiran Bedi had a point when she said that these people are still in activist mode and have not changed gears.
Even if they were able to form a govt. for 1 month in Delhi and do justice to 1 or 2 points in their agenda - maybe even forming an ideal Lokayukta - they would get a lot of goodwill, at least for trying. Delhi voters have come out in largest numbers so far (66% voting) and given their approval, it should be used to achieve something.
What if the re-election again throws up a hung assembly ?? This question will weigh more with the voter because with BJP/Congress, they at least have some form of governance, even if corrupt.
I'll tell you what I think of AK etc.'s mindset. These people don't want to be blamed for ANYTHING, if something goes wrong. They will always find someone else to blame - either the other political parties or the voter. Their waiting for ideal conditions to emerge shows their unwillingness to take responsibility.
The voter is not really stupid. If AAP forms a govt. with Congress's support and if the Congress tries to hamper the governance, the voter will understand this, and boomrang on Congress. If Congress tries to stop the passage of Lokayukta bill, they will be committing suicide.
AAP is simply using Delhi elections as a vehicle for bigger ambitions.
That they didn't expect to form a govt. was visible even before the elections because Yogendra Yadav said on 2-3 TV interviews that for a new political setup, the first election is meant to be lost.
