Got totally totally screwed today........ BNF 10700PE from 54 to 10... order executed outside the SL order range. Taking it up with VNS .. continuing this in VNS thread.

A request guys, please look up this post in VNS thread, and let's follow it up. Maybe some other traders have also been screwed by NOW today.

Sell and buy OTM calls, you'll have better chance there brother.

It is much better to not to take any position ahead of policy decisions atleast in daytrading.After the decision is out, trading is on fact and not on hope/guess/news..money can be made by trading after the announcement too.
