If Kerala had lot of educated CM then...why didnt Kerala got developed? Is it due to corruption I guess

yeah TP, I must have liquidated a portion of lots at 11:40 PH, as it was a shooting star at yesterday close with looooooooong tail .

Also it was testing previous high, damn I missed the part.
