Such dull days always give large range days soon. Range and volatility is cyclical in nature.

speaking of dull days, even on a small TF like 3 minutes, it is going from one to another with too much sideways for comfort. Keeps the fear factor alive :(

Being the last week of Dec, all FIIs are on vacation. we are seeing this every year , volumes dried up, eating away the premiums. think we can also take time off and enjoy till 1st week Jan.:)

A time premium eating strategy

when in that blue-grey zone...sell a straddle of strike around center of band....once out of band get out with whatever you have got and play trend on brown :)
