I was refraining to comment on this till now
but fact is though they are providing an alternative, they will show their true colors only after they occupy the SEAT.....so need to wait and see....as the saying goes Power Corrupts and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely
If they can overcome that then it will be great and will set the tone for change in politics in India
Lok Sabha elections are within 6months and model code of conduct for this elections will probably kick in within 3months ....so not much time to do and show many things....as of now what they have done is subsidy...but they have to prove that electricity distriibution companies were overcharging and get the charges reduced directly then it will be an achievement as that is what they were telling the Congress
All said I am happy with the situation and for me even if this makes the existing parties re-think that the common man will not take things sitting down and make them change their behaviour I will give full A+ for what AAP has achieved
and if they achieve something concrete in Delhi and even get fully into the next Loksabha and in the meantime get themselves into a few more states that will be good
