I found 1min chart too fast and 3min little slow so settled for 2min chart
my frend TR, jst wen evry1 was busy making new year resolutions, being a student of human psycology, i was clearly able 2 draw a line of hope n despair btwn ur emotions n suggested u sm sugestions wch may hav sounded pungent among many wishes of fellow members.

its cold der in north,take rest,frget wat happened,all d best dis year,trade slowly or in small qty....n so on wil do no gud 2 improve ur wel being.
now d gud news fr u...U CAN change d curent state of ur health ...bt ,its only u n u who can do it.wen u decide n start 2 take actions fr ur failures, u wil directly send positv wibes 2 show d proof 2 ur subconcious mind ,n d result wil b ? d intensity of it sending u siganls 2 take actions wil gradaly begin 2 drift n u wil slowly start 2 feel confident wen ur actions wil begin 2 sho hopes 2 ur sub concious mind.
so, stop procrastinating, start taking actions on ur failures,make a acheivable plan of wat u xpect frm ur actions.i m nt saying dat u wil strt feeling better rite now , bt widin adequate time ,u wil feel better n better.
by taking actions does nt mean dat u shud dig big wells 2 find water 2 make money in trading bt it means dat try twisting of wat u r doing curently.it is nt necesary n advisable 2 form ur goals fr trading only.if u honestly think dat trading is nt ur plate den make it frm sm other system or business.
n most imp , dont dont feel helpless n victimised frm wat u went bt use dis negativ energy 2 solve ur problems n dat wil open d doors of motivation fr u automaticaly.
