how to use them in trading ?

The horizontal lines are action zones plotted by calculating previous 2 days worth of intraday data .. I look for Price action around these levels and confirmation from other indicators to short at the upper levels or the reverse at the lower levels ...

with crazy volatility for the past 3 months...
we were in bull market so far... but as of now...
I no longer know whether we are in bull market or bear market...or just on the edge of collapse... or amidst crazy volatility 100 points up and 150 points down later on...
all movements happening intraday...

anyways.. will try to go with market.. where ever it goes!

Alright now I understand.. we are in Snake market... neither bull nor bear!

I guess some people may think its snaky-bull... and some snaky-bear...

but clearly this is snake market!

just to add to my technical competency I have learned that there are 4 types of market, just not two types i.e bull or bear.
a) bull
b) bear
c) snake
d) worm.
of the last two Snake is the deadliest and Worm is the most frustrating!

BNF had a bearish 315 crossover today. 15DEMA = 15224, 3DEMA = 15205. Maybe further downside below 14910 (previous swing low).
